  1. What are the terms for becoming an Inkodye Partner?

    Terms of Sale and detailed pricing for Inkodye Partners are supplied once we have received your application and determined your eligibility. Apply today to get the process started!

  2. What is the minimum order amount for Partner accounts?

    Educational accounts do not have any minimums. Terms for business accounts vary based on the type of business.

  3. How long will it take to establish an account? When will I hear back?

    We do our best to review all applications within 48 hours. Because of the large number of applications we receive, we do not reply to everyone. If you don't hear back from us, don't lose hope! We do accept new Partners on a rolling basis and would love for you to reapply.

    Note that there are several steps to establish eligibility before you can place your first order. Please plan for the process to take 7-10 days and keep in mind that it is not possible for us to accept everyone at this time. We are a young and growing company and are taking on new Partners carefully, we believe in offering our Partners favorable terms, great pricing and awesome support!

  4. Can I email my order directly?

    Not at this time. Once you become an approved Inkodye Partner you'll be able to sign in and place orders online. You can track and manage past your orders directly through your account.

  5. How long will it take to receive my order once I place it?

    Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Transit times depend on the shipping method you choose. We offer shipping service via USPS, UPS for all accounts. Freight can be arranged for large orders.

  6. How much does shipping cost?

    All Inkodye products currently ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Shipping costs vary depending on where you are located. The total weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service you choose (carrier and date of delivery) will determine your shipping charges. You will be able to obtain an estimates of shipping charges by placing items in your cart and calculating shipping once you have an Inkodye Partners account.

  1. Do you offer exclusive distribution rights for countries or regions?

    Inkodye Partner accounts do not come with exclusive distribution rights for any countries or regions. We do not typically issue exclusive distribution rights but are open to proposals. Feel free to contact us with the details of your proposal: hello@inkodye.com

  2. I am planning to open a store soon. Can I start the account process now?

    How exciting! We're glad to hear that Inkodye is already on your radar, however we do ask that you wait until your business is officially registered and you have a valid Seller's Permit (or equivalent) before applying for an Inkodye Partner account.   1. I teach workshops/classes at my store. Do I need a Partner account?

    We're thrilled that you want to use Inkodye in your workshops/classes! If you are planning to sell Inkodye products then you should apply as a Retailer. Educational accounts are only for organizations that are do not resell our Inkodye products.

  2. I want to use Inkodye in an educational setting. How do I sign up for that?

    If you are looking to use Inkodye products in a lesson plan for a school course or camp art program, you should apply as an Educator. If you teach workshops or classes in a store or would like to resell Inkodye products to class participants then you should apply as a Retailer.

  3. Can my school submit a PO to place an order?

    Yes! Many schools require a PO to order supplies. Once you have an account with us, you may reference that PO number on your order form through our website. You will still use our Inkodye Partner website to place your order, but referencing your PO number will allow you to easily track your school's orders with us. For educational accounts, we provide the option to pay by check.

  1. I resell my Inkodye-printed products, do I qualify for an account?

    Inkodye Partner accounts are available to professionals who design and manufacture products using Inkodye. You must have a valid Seller's Permit (or equivalent) to qualify. Receive supplies at discounted prices by applying for an account.
